Wet behind the ears?

I'm not sure if Praying Mantis have ears but if they did this one would be. In case your wondering how I know , its because I accidentally knocked him out of our lemon tree when I was hosing the garden this afternoon.
So while he was drying off and making his way back up into the tree I blipped him.
