Does anyone know what it is?

This delicate little thing has been overwhelmed by couch and various other weeds on the street bank for over seven years. The incline is very steep up to our fence and Doll has found it too steep to weed. He has made a few determined inroads into the jungle in recent weeks in readiness for a new fence. It was knackered anyway and this winter's winds and rain has really seen it off.
