New art for Archway

There were a lot of potential blips among the photos I took today.
Spent the morning around Whitehall/Trafalgar Square/Embankment on a City of Westminster Guides CPD event - a Monumental Mystery Tour where we each gave a short talk about a different monument in the area but none of us knew in advance what the others would be talking about. Fun!
Spotted the Save Ukraine demo outside Downing Street and rainbow flags flying from a lot of the government buildings along Whitehall celebrating the legalisation of gay marriage.
But in the end my blip is the art work in progress on the previously rather gloomy wall on the walkway down by Archway Tower. The artists were students from Wimbledon Art College and it was part of a competition sponsored by Converse who had supplied all the materials and also given them trainers!
It's certainly brightened the place up.
