Brrrr...

Chilly wind today. It made this little windmill work hard.

I ploutered about in the garden (thanks for the new word Scottie5! Hope I've used it right) and as a result I am quite confident that we'll all be munching on cherry toms, lettuce and peas this year.

I have lovely memories of summertime about three years ago when me, hubby, eldest and youngest spent a long summer evening barbecuing, surrounded by 6ft high runner bean plants and massive tomato plants. The beans were amazing, the tomatoes rubbish but I remember feeling as though we were sitting in the middle of a jungle as we munched on our bbq grub and chatted nonsense with each other.

Some things just stay with you and make you smile :-)
