Earth Hour

Tonight is earth hour - March 29th from 2030hrs to 2130hrs GMT. a global campaign by WWF to highlight how small things can make a difference and how if we all do a little bit, then much can be achieved - and with that in mind, we, along with many others around the globe, are switching the lights out.

As is often the case with many things in life - the little that we do (whatever that may be) can seem insignificant to us...but maybe to others it may have made the world of difference -

A smile to a passing stranger (who that day has only known hardship), a helping hand of putting the rubbish out for a neighbour (only to find out later that the arthritis that they have is particularly bad that day), a small present to someone to say thank you (who up until that moment has felt they have been taken for granted by so many people).

So whether you remember earth hour tonight or not, do not think that your "little gesture" is meaningless - its not...........

One person cannot change the world, but you may just change the world for one person..
