The remains of the week

It feels like it has been a long week but quite a good one. It was my team meeting today. They took worrying news very well and I was impressed and proud.

I really shouldn't have eaten cheese this evening because it makes my asthma worse, but as I sound like someone has punctured a bagpipe, I think it can't get much worse.
