Ben on Hammersmith Bridge, in the sunshine watching the Head of the River Race. Believe it or not, the race was abandoned soon after due to dangerous weather conditions caused by high winds - at least 2 crews sank! Lovely day in Putney, catching up with CK, feeling part of the greater rowing community and celeb spotting; Andy Triggs-Hogg was passed after the race. The evening ended in the LRC (how the other half live!!) and now travelling home - tube, overground and bus. Wow!
