First stack

I had some really good photos of cockatoos. They were destroyed by my recent switch from RAW+jpg to just RAW; the whites are blown - cockatoos being white, that's a bit of a problem. I don't understand why the jpg should retain detail where the RAW shows pure white. I'm hoping it's just to do with using the iPad, and so when I load them onto the computer I'll be able to do something with them in Lightzone.

I'm hoping.

Anyway, I do like these rosellas in our Japanese Maple.

I also like this rose from yesterday. I've struggled with white flowers, so I'm pleased with this.

And my kids had the first of the inevitable stacks with the billycart.
