Reading Sunday

Today like yesterday, was a quiet one.

I finished Wolf On Wall Street, thoroughly enjoyed it, although there was more I wish they'd put in the film but constraints on timing dictates what goes and what gets included.

I've started to fill in Job Application forms. Finding new and inventive ways to try and sell myself and how "they've got to hire me"

To distract myself from filling them in I started reading a book about Molecular Gastronomy. In layman's terms its Food Science but its certainly something that has peaked my interest.

Maybe this is my way forwards, only time, experiments in the kitchen and a whole lot more reading, will tell.
