Bournemouth Bay half marathon

Duncan ran the Bournemouth Bay half marathon this morning in 2 hours 13 mins.
Not a bad time for his first one. Now he is going on to run 999 miles by the beginning of December, all for a great cause, the PC Nicola Hughes memorial fund which supports police charities.
So well done Duncan and all those to ran this morning. Keep up the good work.
