Morning mist

It was actually a beautiful bright blue sunny day at our ski hill and I took some lovely sparkly snow pics but just as I walked back, the mist rolled in and this shot won. It is a colour shot not B&W.
I had planned to post an upside down Olympic gold medallist but it was really tough to get a good shot. We have the Canadian National Freestyle mogul competition here this weekend and as it is Canada' s forte, we have both men's and women's gold and silver winners at our little mountain Apex. But......the best thing about the whole weekend other than watching some amazing skill is that our good friends' daughter and local girl, who missed an Olympic spot by a point, WON! So.... at only 18, she's now Canadian champion and planning on her turn to take gold at the next Olympics :)
