Went for a run earlier, hopefully my last in these trainers as am hoping to get some new ones after work tomorrow. I've got to hand my notice in tomorrow. ...nervous! Especially as it is going to make more work for me as I am already snowed under! I will have to update all the procedures for my job and recruit the new person....my managers are not going to be too pleased....! It's hassle they don't need!
