Pedal Power

Too lovely today not to get out and put in some miles on the bike, had a pit stop to see K and did 40 miles in total, the furthest I think I have ever done!

Well please with today's efforts as apart from a numb bum, my legs felt good and could have gone further. Long my the sun shine!
