View from Rydal Hall

In spite of the clocks changing we managed to get out quite early as it was a lovely morning. Drove up to Rydal Hall and managed to get parked. I wanted to take pictures of the falls with my new lens. The pictures were OK but the river was not as full as during our previous visit with LPH a few weeks ago. I'll have to go back when it has been raining - a future blip.

After Rydal Hall we walked around Rydal Water. Lots of people out enjoying the sunshine and families enjoying Mothering Sunday.

My two are both abroad. No 1 son is skiing in Europe and No 2 son in Las Vegas. Both have been in contact which is always good.

Back home this afternoon - it is lovely to see the sun and know spring is well on its way.
