Embers

It has been a long and tricky day. Loads of end-of-year kind of issues, rehearsal for Saturday's concert and a sick eldest daughter. Not enough hours in the day. At least I got the wood burner going to keep said daughter warm, and at the end of the day it was nice to just flop and watch the dying embers for a while.
