The final countdown

The International Ironman is taking place in Port Elizabeth next Sunday and athletes from many countries are arriving here. My personal trainer is doing it and raising funds for the Neurofibromatosis foundation in the UK . A lovely lady at our gym lost her son to this disease three years ago and more research needs to be done for this dreadful condition - very little research is happening in SA.
I took some photos of J this afternoon and we are all hoping she will finish with ease next week.
