Mousse Cake

For Mother's Day lunch we had a good sized slice of chocolate and cardamom mousse cake with homemade honeycomb.

It was a lovely rich torte topping with a thin chocolate sponge base and some honeycomb in the middle... with a little more sprinkled on top.
