Rooftop Cleaning

The school campus we live and work on is always being cleaned and maintained. Here, workers are busy above the roof of the cafeteria. It has been cold and raining all day, so I hope they get a chance to get some warmth and dry off since I'm sure they will be at it again tomorrow.

Today has been a relaxing day. In the morning, I took The Goose's parents to "Morning Tea", which is a breakfast and tea drinking time for many of the people here. Traditionally, from what I understand, it is mainly for older people to socialize for a few hours in the morning while filling up on good eats and drinks. Can't go wrong there!

I had never gone before and did not know really where to go, so it was an adventure to say the least (as is most things for us here are)

It turned out fabulous, and if I had remembered the camera, It would have made a wonderful blip, but I'm sure I will go back, as the food was indeed tasty (three dishes of steamed breads/pastries with various fillings) and rose hip flavored tea.

The Goose missed out as she had to prepare for the classes she taught today. Lucky me, I had the day off. :-)

The last few days are again, back blipped.
