bird's nest

we've been having a busy old time with fred but we managed to find time to go for a nice lunch with fred and the gang today. we went to this cool little place called the 'bird's nest' it's so funky and hipster that it looks slightly like a junkyard. fred was fascinated. they use old bike wheels for light fittings over there because they need to, not because it 'looks cool'. if i'm honest, he probably would have preferred maccy d's.

aside from that, we are having a glorious time with fred. it's so nice to have a little bit of africa here in england.
