mission academy

finally, after talking about mission academy for the last year, we did it!

what a day! fellow youth workers and volunteers working alongside young people to dream up creative ways to reach their communities. incredible. we did some video diaries at the end of the day and one of the things that a lot of the young people said was how much they enjoying worshipping with, and creating mission ideas with young people from different denominations.

my prayer for them is that they become adults who not only continue to reach the world with their incredible ideas for change but that they don't let church denominations and politics steal their joy and wonder at our amazing God.

this is andy, doing a great job of leading his session. this guy is one of the most humble and, underrated and talented human beings that i've ever had the pleasure of working alongside. what a guy.
