Happy Mothers Day

Apologies for the unimaginative Mothers Day blip. Children were so lovely today and it was so nice to spend some quality time with them. Between work and hospital visits the kids have really has the thin end of the wedge recently. Today has been a triumph, visited Mikes mum bearing gifts, girls locked themselves in the downstairs bathroom and then in the cupboard under the stairs, the light goes out when you close the door - cue much screaming and tears, mike had to kick the door down, all very dramatic. Not sure his mum found the visit particularly relaxing....
