The Oldest on The Block

Try telling that to this spritely old chap. He may be into his 30's (in equine terms that almost prehistoric) but he still pulls like a train. Walking in hand is often more like 'being dragged' in hand, and today he almost pulled a little boy over with his enthusiasm to get onto the ménage. He had a good sniff around before his inevitable roll in the dirt!
May Rufus have a few more years yet. Such a kind and gentle nature makes him an easy one for the children to gain confidence with their horse handling skills.
