Notes: It's been 3 wks but I finally got a morning run in - this is the part of the trail still washed out and re-routed from the Sept 13 flooding. Ended up being a nice day, got the place cleaned, 4 loads of laundry done and made a huge pot of immune boosting broth. Finally a sense of peace about the day.
