Spotlight on the Museum

A late afternoon stroll along the waterfront + brilliant sunshine + dramatic tone special effects on my Olympus = a spotlight on the Whatcom Museum.

For those interested, this beautiful red building was originally City Hall for the town of "New Whatcom" before it merged with other surrounding towns to become our beloved Bellingham, Washington.
