Houses on the Hill

Just flying the Phantom around the neighborhood, at maximum altitude allowed (400 ft), supposedly. It doesn't seem like 400 feet to me, and especially when I fly over these houses on the hill. Each house has a great view of the surrounding mountains. We don't have such a view... just a view of the horse trail, sort of, and that ain't so spectacular.
