First attempts!

The macro lens has now been taken out of the cupboard and used! It is early days and I certainly need to explore options and learn how to use it.

A sunny day encouraged this male brimstone out. It is an early butterfly, which enjoys the sun and was spotted feeding on the spring flowers in the garden.
