Silver linings

So far my silver linings are.....

I've lost just over a stone.....

The patch of eczema on my leg has cleared up for the first time in years....

I found blip and a tiny bit of daily focus.....which may or may not have transferred to my photos!

It's not many, but I guess you take them where you can
It's early days......who knows what tomorrow will bring?
