A Sad Sight

I was so disappointed when I walked past this piece of work on a site in Ibrox. I can remember it being installed and it now looks awful. Whole sections of mosaic have fallen off and now litter the ground beneath. Whether it is poor maintenance, bad specification or anti social behaviour the current state is woeful and no advert for work in the public realm.
