Compartmentalise Your Life
Day 90 of 365. I would love to be able to compartmentalise my life sometimes - especially in relation to work and my home life. I often find myself thinking or worrying about work when I should be relaxing and forgetting about deadlines. Two things do help, though - exercise, particularly running in the open air (running on a treadmill is my idea of hell) and being able to sit in a quiet pub with a pint of beer (a simple pleasure I never tire of!).
I think most people's lives are more often like many overlapping circles than the "compartments" in today's image.
