Wonderful to have the light evenings

Managed to get out in the garden when I got home from work. The chookies enjoyed their evening constitutional, I love the way they go scavenging together. The other day I picked up Ermintrude, the brown one, to check something and Florence, the blue one, went for me lol, she is very protective of her sisters. They are normally very gentle souls :-) Love having them in the garden and their eggs. I also planted a row of potatoes tonight. I am trying to do one row a day :-) For the first time ever I planted garlic in November instead of March and that is doing fantastically well but it was a mild winter.
