Welcome Back!

The Australian Magpies flew into the garden as I arrived back in Maleny, Queensland. Though I've been away in England for eight weeks, they acted as if I'd never been gone. A few of this year's babies have become teenagers - the pic is of a fne youngster with rather more white in its plumage than usual.

Thanks for all the well wishes as I journeyed back to Aus - I've been home a couple of hours and am resisting the urge to sleep. Tomorrow is another day!
