Valley of Mist

After yesterday's rain, we awoke this morning to the "lake effect" of low lying clouds of fog filling in the canyons and valleys. The mist almost seems to ooze into the folds of the mountains. The angular trees along a property boundary line are a contrast to the softness of the "lake" behind them. The views of clouds and valleys were a reward on my morning walk.
