Day 51: Club Swim
A difficult session tonight. It's the 4th week of my 2nd 4 week block which denotes the start of a recovery week. Recovery weeks are as important as any of the other weeks as it should enable me to absorb and improve from the previous 3 weeks of training.
Going by tonight I need the rest as I could feel myself getting frustrated with my inability to perform and I felt as though I had to push down some inner tetchiness. All normal, all as expected. I just have to let the easier week do its work and come back stronger.
