Plumb Vertical

Gym again this morning and another treadmill that didn't work correctly. It was meant to get a bit harder towards the end but didn't increase the gradient to the correct level, also not much hot water again.

Second day of the mock FDA audit at work and all hell is breaking loose. He is down to visit us tomorrow. Oh joy.

Home to finish off the photo books before Thursday deadline. All the books are done in draft form just need J to look aver then and we can do the minor tweaks tomorrow and Thursday.

Load of back blipping to do as a result of the photo books etc. Still can't decide on a Triathlon club to go to. Weather has put pay to riding the bike home tomorrow. Hopefully Friday will still be OK

This weeks blip challenge is VERTICAL so there is no better way than to ensure something is vertical than using a plumb line. A bit of a banker blip.
