We've not stopped all day long - I can hear my bed calling and it's only 9pm.

By 9am mum and I had walked to Ventura (retail site a couple of miles away) and by 1030am we were in M&S having a well deserved coffee. Mum was driving to Cheltenham to see Aunty Jean so she bought her sone nighties to take to her in hospital. She has finally been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkinson Lymphoma and yesterday started a tablet form of chemo - her treatment by her local GP has been horrendous and the tests she had last week should have been requested by her GP months ago. Such a shame that unnecessary pain could have been avoided if only someone had listened a lot earlier.

More Minnie cooking this afternoon - she loves cod so we are moving into salmon, sweet potato, carrot and peas. The freezer is full of purées/mashed up food and I have mince and chicken to cook over the next few days too so she has plenty if different flavours.

Swimming lessons start tomorrow - I really should have skipped the profiteroles tonight but they were a 55p bargain from M&S so I couldn't resist!
