End Polio Now

Polio kills and paralyses young children.

It spreads like wild-fire. There's no cure but it can be

easily prevented through immunisation.

This crocus is purple like the dye put on the fingers of children
to show they have been immunised.

25 years ago, polio struck 350,000 children each year.

Thanks to the work of Rotary and others, there were
only 223 cases in 2012.
We are 'this close' to a polio free world.
