Went to the 'Brace Place' for my final appointment and they have me all my models back. Yay!- I know what a weirdo!

I didn't realise how much my teeth had been straightened from my braces. Still have wear my retainer but decrease the amount I wear it over time.

Despite this. there is the statement 'Retention has to be regarded as a life long commitment' in tree scary bold capital letters!
