(Quiz) Tom Tom, now I get lost...

Where am I?
Been out today and thought, has anyone done a Tom Tom blip?
So, question is,
Part 1: Where am I exactly?
Part 2: Where was I?

Got this one for a family holiday to France a few years ago and it's fab. Only thing is on a few occasions, when I follow it's directions explicitly (Sylvia's voice is nice BTW) it takes me miles away from where I need to be.
Basically it's a good thing...
