Up early, hens tidied out, washing down and over to my allotment.

I swept the paths and planted some spinach.

Home and football, another tough one but at least the girls stuck in. We only had 11 and in the last 20 minutes played well and got a goal, eco daughter supplied the pass from a free kick.

On the way back eco daughter got changed in the car and I dropped her off at a hotel to have tea with her mum , aunt and grannies.
