Light and Shade

Another manic day for me Chris in the local office. Back to back, mainly on the phone. The day did have an earlier than usual conclusion though as I had a routice diabetes check up appointment at the local hospital. Everything looks just fine in that respect, even managed to lose a couple of kilos of weight. Must be all that walking up and down the escalators on the Underground.

A camera club "bring and buy" session tonight, a chance to buy/sell/swop or just giveaway surplus photography books and magazines.

In between the two a little window of late afternoon sunshine in the garden for a blip in the sunshine.
