Pho. It's what's for dinner.

One of the things that I love about living in Chicago now is that we can get just about anything, from fried chicken to pho, delivered. At my last home in Kentucky, I could get pizza from one place and that was it! Tonight, we had shredded chicken banh mi sandwiches and chicken pho. Bam!
