Tuzigoot National Monument

The winds were howling again today at Dead Horse Ranch State Park and I was hoping for a possible eagle or hawk sighting but it was not to be. I made a little detour to the North side of the park and realized Tuzigoot was right across the Verde River. Not wanting to risk changing lenses in the wind I made this long shot. This is the back side of the National Monument entrance that I've not seen before. This shot is less than half of the monument. The history here. Best Large.
