Horrie's birthday

The old fella has made it to 19 years old. He's deaf and blind and barmy, but otherwise well. He still enjoys his snuffle around at the park while the other fools chase the ball, he has a good appetite, and he's rather partial to a nice day nap.
I wonder how much further he will manage.
