puked all night, still can't turn my neck . think I traumatised paul on the trip to collect my car this morning by retching so hard I thought my neck was going to explode- nothing left in that tummy. sounded like a lead in the exorcist :-/

managed to haul myself out of bed now and parked on sofa (although all my bones hurt so maybe not for long) next mission is to try to get some sort of fluid down my neck
and for it to stay there
