A Flat Day

I struggled out of bed overcoming my flu just. Today was a tough day on many levels. Sometimes I press the self destruct button......... I have to remind myself I am very lucky.

This is an emergency blip - it is the camp bed that George was about to kip on. He fell off it at 0230.
