Tulips

A colourful flower stall just outside the Carillon Centre in Loughborough. I've never seen blue tulips before.

I was trying to convince another lady looking that they'd had genes altered, but I fear she was right. They'd been spray painted blue. The tops of the leaves were smeared with blue too.

They still look lovely.
