Peel by the Wheel

Flew down to Manchester for a conference this morning, 5am start - ugh!

This is the wheel in Piccadilly Gardens, round the corner from the hotel. The statue is of Peel & was rather dwarfed by the temporary wheel, as was Queen Victoria, on the other side.
