My friend wrote this book.

Infact my friend has written three books now , all born out of adversity and all demonstrating how to recover when life deals you utterly bollocks things .

She writes with passion , sobriety, honesty and compassion . She does not write in a pretentious mystical bollocks way or an academic elitist way , she writes without bitterness, judgment or blame , she writes how I imagine she thinks .
