Chick pea and roasted pepper pilaf
This was today's evening meal, and the second time I've cooked it in the last month. The primary ingredients are: Bulgur Wheat (or Couscous, whichever you prefer), roasted red peppers (from a jar), canned chick peas (or fresh), ground spices (various), veg stock, chopped fresh herbs, and topped with crumbled Feta cheese. Just so's you know;-)
