Not convinced....

what this actually is but after making 80% of it (Lady A's calculations not mine) I'm going to eat it. Wrongly I brought work home with me tonight - metaphorically and literally - and for the first hour was a right old hoover so I was asked to cook dinner. I think this is Shephard's Pie and tasted very nice though I have learnt valuable lessons. Mashing potato is like sitting on the M25 in a traffic jam for 17hrs. Cutting onion hurts like someone kicking a ball against your thigh in freezing weather and frying mince is like watching a Brit burn in the Iberian sun. I got a 9/10 - well I think I did anyway though in reality? 3 at best.
